Thank you for your participation in Retail Reconnect! As an official organizer, Tilroy ensures complete data security and information protection. We follow advanced security and data handling guidelines, so you have nothing to worry about.

What Information Do We Collect?
Tilroy collects some information from you during the ticket purchase process. This information includes, but is not limited to:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Company and billing information

• Mobile number

Please note that only users 18 years of age or older can purchase tickets for Retail Reconnect. By purchasing a ticket, you automatically confirm that you are at least 18 years old and able to assume all responsibilities of a Retail Reconnect participant.

In addition to the above data, we also collect "aggregate information," which refers to insights gained from purchasing behavior. This includes information such as purchase decisions, interactions with notifications, time spent on a particular page or section, and so on - and is not 'personal' in nature. Tilroy collects this information to gain actionable insights and continually improve its services as an event organizer.

Why Do We Collect Information
Personally identifiable information and aggregate information are collected by Tilroy to:

• Provide a smooth, secure service

• Facilitate and verify financial transactions

• Create and maintain your user account on the Retail Reconnect platform

• Send personalized communications, including confirmation emails upon successful purchase of Retail Reconnect tickets

• Selectively share promotional materials, special offers and other updates that may be of interest to you (you can opt-out of these )

• Implement our terms of use

• Improve the overall user experience

Specifically, "personally identifiable" information collected by Tilroy is used for:

• Processing ticket bookings (from bookings and payments to ticket delivery )

• Communicating with you via email (ticket purchase confirmations, event updates, cancellations, etc. )

• Handling inquiries related to payments and/or bookings

• Performing sales analysis, tracking transactions, launching marketing campaigns, etc.

GDPR-Compliance
Tilroy is fully compliant with the latest GDPR regulations. In order to provide you with seamless ticketing services, we share your data with selected, authorized and licensed third-party service providers (partners). All of Tilroy's partners, including Eventify (eventify.io), are GDPR compliant.

Data Protection Guarantee By Tilroy
We are committed to keeping your personal, financial and other related information secure at all times. The information you provide is encrypted and stored in our secure database. Please note that Tilroy will never use, copy, sell or share your information with unauthorized third parties for advertising or marketing purposes without your consent.

We also ask you to be vigilant about your own data security when purchasing Retail Reconnect tickets. Make sure your account information is secure, that you are using a trusted system to complete your transaction(s), and that your Internet connection is stable. If you believe your account has been compromised in any way, please let us know immediately at retailreconnect@tilroy.com

Data Retention Period
Tilroy retains your personal information for a period of time considered "reasonably necessary. In general, buyer data is not retained for more than 12 months. IP addresses are deleted after 360 days.

In certain cases, we may retain buyers' data to resolve legal matters, disputes and the like. The data will be deleted once the issue in question is resolved.
