Thank you for your interest in participating in Retail Reconnect. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we encourage you to carefully review the following terms and conditions:

In this section, terms such as "holder," "carrier," and "buyer" refer to you, the person purchasing tickets for Retail Reconnect. On the other hand, terms such as 'our', 'we', 'provider', 'organizer' and similar designations refer to the organizers of Retail Reconnect - Tilroy.

By choosing to purchase, assign or own Retail Reconnect tickets, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the provisions below or do not agree to the risk allocations listed here, do not purchase tickets or attempt to access the Retail Reconnect venue.

Tilroy reserves the right to make adjustments, changes, additions or deletions to these terms and conditions without notice. Such changes will be displayed on the organizer's website retailreconnect.tilroy.com and are effective on the date of purchase of the Retail Reconnect tickets.

The price of one Retail Reconnect ticket is €350. This price is non-negotiable.

The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license to access DIVE, Antwerp on 04/02/2025, where Retail Reconnect will take place. This license includes the revocable right to attend Retail Reconnect. This license may be revoked at any time by the issuer, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or compensation. Upon revocation, access to the venue will be denied.

The holder bears full responsibility for Retail Reconnect tickets once received. Tilroy is not liable - financially, legally or otherwise - for stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or otherwise unusable tickets.

Please note that retailreconnect.tilroy.com/book-your-ticket is the only authorized source for purchasing Retail Reconnect tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) through an unauthorized source, you run the risk that these tickets may have been forged or reported stolen. The issuer has the right to invalidate such stolen/forged tickets.

The Retail Reconnect tickets you receive are not intended for illegal resale, copying, reproduction or misrepresentation in any form. You may not use the ticket for promotional or advertising purposes (including sweepstakes and contests) without our prior approval. Any identified violations will result in immediate confiscation and cancellation of your ticket(s).

Retail Reconnect tickets cannot be redeemed for cash, credits or other benefits.

Tilroy has the right to investigate whether a Retail Reconnect ticket violation has occurred. In case of conflicts, Tilroy's decision will be considered final (i.e., the issuer remains the final decision maker in case of disputes).

The event service will be deemed fully delivered once Retail Reconnect begins on 04/02/2025. From then on, no refund requests will be honored.

If you are denied access to certain parts of the DIVE, Antwerp venue due to delays, legal requirements, organizer policies, weather conditions, emergencies, venue closure or other reasons, you will not be entitled to refunds or future credits.

If Retail Reconnect is cancelled in its entirety due to unforeseen circumstances, Tilroy reserves the right to: 1) reschedule the event, 2) offer a partial/full refund, or 3) provide no refund. The provider's decision in such cases is final and binding.

If Retail Reconnect must be rescheduled to another date, you are not entitled to a refund. In the event that the event is completely cancelled, any refund will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket. Shipping costs, processing fees and the like will not be refunded.

Loss due to currency fluctuations in refunds are the responsibility of the buyer. Tilroy cannot be held responsible for this.

Of course, we'd rather not hear it but we understand quite well that you may be unable to attend. Please let us know as soon as possible and no later than Tuesday, January 21. Then we can make someone else happy with your ticket. Please send an email to retailreconnect@tilroy.com with your ticket number.

Retail Reconnect is an event that takes place "regardless of the weather. By purchasing tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the participant(s) are the minimum age at the time of purchase. The 'minimum age' for participation in Retail Reconnect is 18 years old.

If it is conclusively proven that a participant is younger than the 'minimum age', access to Retail Reconnect will be denied without the right to a refund.

Upon entering the event, you are required to present your ticket and valid identification (ID). By presenting ID, you confirm that all information is current and accurate.

By purchasing Retail Reconnect tickets and presenting them at the venue, you agree to Tilroy collecting certain information about you (name, photo, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.

You hereby agree to waive all claims for surcharges and related rights and entitlements.

Tilroy assumes no responsibility for personal/financial damages at the site, nor for lost/stolen items. Financial damage claims on these will not be honored.

Retail Reconnect and Tilroy maintain a "zero-tolerance policy" against unauthorized drug use or possession at the venue, AND against any behavior that could be construed as indecent or obscene. If violated, your participation in the event will be immediately terminated and your ticket will become invalid.

You purchase Retail Reconnect tickets voluntarily and therefore have no right to file a chargeback claim or dispute with the issuer of the payment card used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be honored.

In case of disputes between the ticket holder and the ticket issuer, the decision of the issuer will be considered final. If a dispute cannot be resolved, an independent third party will be used as an arbitrator.
